The choir also participated in several important events like the Rendez-Vous Gospel, Expo Quebec, the Quebec City Summer Festival in July 2009, the Sacred Music Festival, Rimouski Festi Jazz International, Quebec television shows such as “Bons Baisers de France” and “La Classe de 5e” and the Gospel Festival of Repentigny. The love story that bloomed between the whole province of Quebec and gospel music, has certainly given a major boost to the choir’s professional career, allowing it to grow in constant evolution towards true success.

The Quebec Celebration Gospel Choir is in production of its first Christmas album to be launched in Quebec sometimes in the fall of 2010. The album will include a dozen of the most beautiful Christmas songs, the majority in French and some in English as well, rearranged with a gospel flavor. To achieve this, the Quebec Celebration Gospel Choir has turned to the expertise of two New York musicians and arrangers, whose reputation is second to none in the United States, Michael McElroy and Joseph Joubert. They were chosen in 2005 at the Grammy Awards as best vocal and instrumental arrangements.
